What to build

Repo hygiene after the onboarding repurpose: remove the dead tenant-model artifacts — the kubetenantsetup Helm chart, the old create-repo-ci provisioning flow that the onboarding ticket replaces, and the unimplemented tenant sensor stubs. Live business sensors (e.g. bridge-to-gofantasy, renovate-merge) and their bridge sensors are out of scope.

Acceptance criteria

The tenant chart, old provisioning flow, and unimplemented stubs are removed from the repo
Argo CD sync is clean after removal (app Healthy, no stuck prunes)
Live business sensors (bridge-to-gofantasy, renovate-merge) still function
