Part of lab/automation#8 (Argo CD any-namespace + dev-apps-source factory wiring).

  • Removes the dead tenant-model HelmRelease repos/gofantasy-kubetenant.yaml (kubetenantsetup chart; the tenant model is being retired — see lab/automation#14).
  • Adds repos/_smoke/: a throwaway ConfigMap (verifies the Flux Kustomization syncs repos/ into the dev-apps-source namespace on portable) and a manual-only Argo CD Application (verifies Argo CD picks up Application objects from the dev-apps-source namespace once application.namespaces: * is live).

The _smoke/ directory is deleted in a follow-up once both acceptance criteria are verified on portable.
